We welcome all the apartment owners in Kerala state to our organization.
We request you to register with us on behalf of your Apartment Management Committee by clicking the link below. Once approved, your apartment association will be enrolled as a member under any one of the 14 district chapters (one chapter for each district in Kerala) under our Apex body, “Apartment Owners Apex Association of Kerala” (APOAAK).
Our association will provide legal support and guidance to all the enrolled apartment association under this apex body. Please apply to register your apartment with us by adding your data at the link given below. Existing members can also re-register for updating the data. Post registration, we will revert back to you and your apartment may be placed under our respective district chapter for our support.
