APOAAK is a non-profit apex association uniting apartment owners, residential associations, and residents’ welfare societies across Kerala since 2013. We aim to empower communities and ensure their rights are represented and respected.

APOAAK is a non for profit association that brings together
residential associations, residents, welfare societies and apartment
owners from across Kerala

This association is powered by committed flat owners, proficient advocates and other eminent professionals in Kerala. The vision of this association is to unite the flat owners and gated villa owners to join hands for addressing the common problems being faced by us and bring them to the notice of the local governing bodies, state government, judiciary and regulators towards framing policies that can protect the basics rights of flat owners.

All flat owners associations in Kerala are requested to join us under respective district apex associations to unite and safeguard their rights that could help to protect the flat owners and gated community from the dictum of builders. The association is about to open chapters for every district in Kerala. Every member will come under the respective district chapter as per the location of flat.

The association is registered as “Apartment Owners Apex Association”
